We started with a simple question: what if care felt like home?
Kasa Amable translates to kind house. It is the name we gave to the room we always wished existed — one place where a person could see their physical therapist, take a class, get a virtual check-in, and be handed a trusted referral without starting over each time.
Why we built this
Kasa Amable grew out of Kind Bodies, LLC, a physical therapy practice specializing in pelvic floor physical therapy. Day after day we watched the same pattern: people would finally make progress in the clinic, then lose it in the gap between visits. They did not know which trainer was safe for their body. They could not find support for an appointment. They needed a session at home during a hard week, or on video while traveling, and the system had no answer for that.
The gap was never a lack of good providers. It was that nothing connected them. So we built the connective tissue: one membership, one weekly plan, and one house where health care, fitness, and community actually talk to each other.
Every part of this app exists because a patient asked for it — plan your week, virtual care, home visits, group classes, a community feed, and a vetted referral network spanning New York City, New Jersey, and Florida.
What we believe
Care should be coordinated
Your physical therapist, trainer, and class instructors work from the same plan instead of separate silos.
Meet people where they are
In the studio, on video, or at your kitchen table. Home visits exist because life does not pause for appointments.
Community is treatment
Group classes, workshops, and our in-app community feed keep healing from feeling lonely.
Trust, not guesswork
Every referral partner in our network is vetted, so finding a good provider is not a research project.
